George is okay with not having a soulmate. He really is. He had years to get used to it.

But his soulmate writing to him now just to tell him they are already in love with someone else? Not so much okay.

[Part 1] I made this kinda Soulmate Batarou AU concept based on my dream I had days ago:

Basically when you're having a dream, you will meet many random unknown people outside your friends or family, who don't exist in your real life outside. Except one person. That only one person is actually exist both in your dream and your real life. And they're your soulmate.

Both you and them will meet eachother in dreamland when you both have such strong emotion at the same time, it could be happiness, sadness, grief, angry, etc. You wont know which one is that person among random unknown people so you have to figure out yourself after waking up from your dream.

When both of you finally resolved your overbearing emotion and everything back to normal, the other person's presence will be disappeared from your dream. They wont showed up again until you meet that person in real life..

[Part 2] Many years before Badd starting his job as S-Class Hero, back then when he was still in the elementary school, he had some strange dreams. It began after Badd attended his parents' funeral, especially after he fell on deep slumber from lullabying baby Zenko to sleep while silently mourning for their lost. Usually in his dreams, he met countless unfamiliar people outside his own family members or classmates. But there was this one boy who frequently showed up into his dreams since that day. A meek boy with spiky white hair, probably around the same age as Badd himself. At first the boy was wandering around inside Badd's dream, blending with other people in the background, and Badd guessed maybe he just another random fragment of his imagination.

[Part 3] But on the next day and the following days after that, the white-haired boy still being there, persistently appeared in Badd's dream every night. Badd was so confused, who is this person actually? On one night when Badd fell asleep and started dreaming again, he found that boy again sitting alone by himself in the middle of empty grass field. It seems like the boy was crying, the quiet sobbing could be heard from where Badd was standing on. Carefully, Badd approaching the crying boy and then slowly sitting in front of him, asking if he was okay. Once the white-haired boy lifted his head to face Badd, Badd could see a pair of bright golden eyes filled with unshed tears staring back at him. It was like what Badd seeing himself lately: crying by himself to mourn his parents. This boy also looked so sad, Badd wanted to hug him so he wont be sad anymore.

[Part 4] He asked again why did he cried alone by himself. The white-haired boy said that nobody cares for him anymore and he feels lonely. Everyone hated him. That's why he cried to sleep. Wanted to cheer the boy up, Badd suggested to play together with him, in which the boy hesitantly accepted the offer. Since then, everytime Badd sleeps and going to the dreamland, he always met the unknown boy again and they spent time together by playing or walking around enjoying the dream sceneries together. Days later, Badd could see the boy starting to smile again while Badd was also could moving forward from his own grief. At the end of his dream, the white-haired boy suddenly hugged him tightly and saying thank you for being his first bestfriend. Eventhough it was just on their dream, he was so happy.

[Part 5] Touched by those kind words, Badd happily hugged him back. Then when they released the hug, shyly the boy kissed Badd's cheek softly then got flustered by his own deed. It caught Badd off-guard by the innocent kiss on the cheek but strangely he didn't mind, he just grinning in joy. Seeing Badd smiling got the boy also smiling back at him warmly, as he said "We will meet again someday, I promise I will find you! Until then, please take care of yourself. Thank you for everything..". Then Badd woke up. On the following days, Badd couldn't find the white-haired boy's presence anymore in his dream, none at all. Several years later, when Badd was in the middle of fighting Elder Centipede, suddenly there's a strangely familiar white-haired wolfy guy getting in his way. He said, "Now you have to fight me. I'm HUNTING you~". -- THE END --

[Part 6] So last week I was dreaming about a guy who were so kind to me. Since I'm in a not good condition lately, it feels like a very nice dream. In the end of the dream, he hugged me and give a soft kiss on my cheek and said those words Garou has said in here 😳💗 Thus that dream became my inspiration to write this headcanon! Although I really want to meet that person again (where are youu-).. 😢💔 I hope this little gift could cheer you up during busy days, as you always managed to cheer me up by your amazing Batarou artworks every single time. I think soulmates-AU is one of my favorites. 💖💘💓💗All the variants have something special. This is quite gentle and more passive, like preparing to meet your souldmate unconsciously. The detail of adding the childfriend-AU gives extra points. I hardly dream, so I envy you a lot. We all have difficult days so I send you all the strength to overcome those days.
