  Blah blah blah ---- that is all he really heard the sensei go on about, more or less the interesting facts on today’s science experiment and the packet to go along with it. The nerve of it all, to think that this Sohma was capable of really doing such a thing. Assigned lab partners no less, a murmur among the room of how desperately they all wanted to be assigned with one of the FAMOUS Sohmas in the class.   Thinking nothing of it, they were already being assigned people from the list and he so happened to be sitting next to the girl whom he was partnered with.   Stay clear the gap, he sat on his stool like a mad man, cross legged and incapable of properly look at the other girl UNLESS the stool was spun vaguely to the right.  Hand soon pushed against the ledge of the table top to turn himself to face her. ---- nothing like an awkward stare down before tapping the tall pack of paper.  ❝  Do you know how to do this? ❞ / @souloved​ ( for Jo )

     the werewolf’s back stiffens, HORROR filling his frame. of course someone would hear him eventually. her feminine scent sent shivers down his spine - her voice was enough to send him over the edge. “ y – yeah!” he lied, turning his back to her, hoping & PRAYING she doesn’t come closer. “ I’m f – ” he grunts suddenly, the perverse heat that held him prisoner was worsening. was it because of HER? 

now that was definitely a lie. she immediately picked up on the expression of discomfort, and this time, it sounded as though it was in mid-sentence. it made her think of the worst, honestly, and for a moment, she thought -- what if she just left? that would have been the smartest move, perhaps, seeing as how she didn’t know who this person was, and yet, the good samaritan in her wouldn’t allow her to do such a thing.

and so, with wary footsteps, she approached where she thought his voice had come from, her body giving a small start once she realized there was someone actually here ( so she wasn’t just making things up ). “h-hey, hi. are you -- ? do you need -- ?” why was he in an alley? “are you -- actually okay?”

when the door finally swung open, he opened his mouth to apologize. to try and explain the situation further. but instead of seeing josie, his eyes connected with theo’s briefly before her fist slammed into his nose with a satisfying CRACK.

he staggered backwards, hand uselessly raised to try and to stop the flow of blood from his nose-- something he was sure was broken because of the throbbing pain. but in her eyes, he probably DESERVED that. “ah-- its nice to see you too theo...” a pause as he winced inwardly, not wanting to give her the SATISFACTION of seeing him in pain. “is jo.. inside?”

     F rame will skip happily along the wooded trail she found herself going in, a hum emanating from her throat as she journeys alone. Elizabeth had been warned many times prior that, whenever she were to go on her nature escapades, that she had to have someone with her. But had she listened this time? Absolutely not.

     A nd what results from her ignorance is her ending up getting lost an hour after she had begun her trek through the forest. With everything looking the same and a small amount of fear beginning inside of her being.

     H ands grasp the white cloak that was draped around her person, eyes shifting every which way in order to find an escape. Though, a stranger passing by catches her eyes. And although she had been told as well never to approach a stranger by herself, Elizabeth couldn’t help herself. She was becoming terrified being by herself, and that she had to get home before it became too dark.

     ‘ Excuse me, miss, ‘ the blonde squeaks out. taking a step forward to get closer to the woman. ‘ I’ve seemed to have gotten myself lost. Would you be able to help me at all? ‘

                 ‘ have you found yourself comfortable, yet? ’ his tired voice dragged out on the small woman shifting on top of him. it had been going on long enough that he didn’t have the heart nor energy to continuously fight with jo to stop. instead, he only shifted himself into a more comfortable position, hoping she would settle against him soon so he could maybe relax some. he doesn’t remember the last time he could do such a thing, but a person could only hope she’d make it easy on him.
