I became a time bomb full of rage that went off on others. This was to not being able to properly express emotions. Now how is that possible while still growing up up somewhat emotionally intelligent? Social programming, traumas and being a natural empath is chaotic. It gave me the ability to be outside of myself to understand what was happening. You go through some dark, dark periods with no way to have outlets, it either kills you or makes you stronger. I chose to be stronger, tame the rage, use it to escape the traumas. We could bypass such things by embracing our emotions better to begin with.
