You know how they say the eyes are a window to the soul? My hc is that Rashadis emotions can be kind of read by their tail movements. Good ol tail wag = happy. Slow swaying tail = focused. And sometimes these tail movements are uncontrollable so they get embarrassed 😹

Yea its the basic, tail wagging=happy, tail kinda tucked down=sad/scared, tail lashing=angry/frustrated, slow and swishy tail=focused but also could mean theyre eager about something

Theres a lot of unspoken rules among the rashadi about tail movment in public, like dont let it drag on the ground while walking and dont hit people with it.

But yea youre hc is pretty much canon haha

Theres not really symbolism, it was more a quick and easy way to get a pop of colour in the designs. But if anybody has some ideas of what they could mean, id love to hear headcanons haha

I was thinking it was just a decoration thing for the rashadi cause most of their clothers are pretty plain and that would break up the monotony
