Soundcloud Weekly Launches
SoundCloud launched a new “discovery” feature on its site to help users find new music based on their listening history. By making such a move, Soundcloud is keeping up with the giant music streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music- who already has a similar feature.
Spotify Weekly can be a great tool for DJs and tastemakers who want to stay ahead and discovering and breaking new artists. Soundcloud is more accessible to underground and unsigned artists, giving them more music on their platform then their competitors. But with all that music, a curated discovery feature is ideal to get the right songs to a user.
