"Mmm, wha…?" Luke mumbled, woken up, coming out of his broken haze of a dream he was having to see the slender figure of Ashlyn standing over his bed. "Oh, it’s you Ashlyn. Nah, why would a farm boy like me care? In fact I’d was hopin’ you’d prefer it. Get on in." he offered, turning down the covers so she could slip in next to him. "And hurry up now, it’s gettin’ cold out and I have’t be up at sun-up t’relieve Nick from guard duty."

Ash scrambled under the blankets, and pulled them up to her neck. she shivered violently, curling against his chest, and reveling in his warmth. draping her arm across his waist, she pressed her forehead against his chest. " How sad is this?" She asked, chuckling a little. " I'm from the north and now i'm freezing from a little chill in the air?"
