I KNEW IT
It was never going to be that easy, there had to be more to it
A real one hit wonder this one
I had a dream about Ekko and Jinx where they were in a music video in a room filled with suitcases. They were surrounded by bags, sitting in chairs that didn’t face each other. They soon turned the chairs around and, piece by piece, they helped each other move the luggage around the room. Then Jinx goes, “we haven’t really moved any of this outside, mister” and Ekko responds, “but we made enough space for a dance.” They take the center of the room and use that space to laugh and dance together.
Something something maybe it’s a metaphor, maybe it’s about how they could help each other process their baggage. It never leaves them, but now they have an opportunity to share the space together so they won’t have to be alone with all of it.
Or maybe I just woke up and started writing this in a tumblr post. Needless to say, after it ended, I just sat up and thought about it for a while.
Going through the castle of change and I came across a book talking about bonding earrings
They haven’t explained what they are, maybe they’ll talk about them later, but as of right now, I’d like to think of them as those magnetic friendship bracelets that click together and say “bff”
I think those bonding earrings would go hard
I’m about to become time in these stars
I don’t know I haven’t played the game yet (I bought In Stars and Time)
as a side note, the Chainsaw Man movie trailer just released yesterday and I’m going rabid
So I’ve been ill the pass few days BUT BUT BUT I just saw a beautiful piece of media called, “Look Back.”
I cried for a good twenty minutes after it ended and I feel like screaming about it from the rooftops.
I need to let it simmer and turn my incoherent rambling into a thoughtful dissection but in the meantime, I need everyone I know and more to watch this movie
I should probably get back into Magnus protocol, it’s been so long
