Turnip, Pear & Carrot Soup
This is a delicious creamy soup made with the most amazing combination of flavours. The pear softens the turnip’s stronger taste thus balancing each other out.

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons of butter
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons of honey
2 cups of turnips, peeled and diced
2 cups of pears, diced
2 cups of carrots, peeled and chopped
Salt and pepper as preferred
1 can (396 ml) of coconut milk
¼ cup of chopped nuts, as preferred
