These pulled pork sliders are perfect for parties, game days, or any casual gathering. Tender shredded pork coated in tangy barbecue sauce, topped with refreshing coleslaw and pickles, all sandwiched between soft slider buns.
Ingredients: 1 lb pork shoulder, shredded. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 12 slider buns. 1 cup coleslaw. 1/2 cup pickles, sliced.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine shredded pork and barbecue sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender. Toast slider buns in the oven or on a skillet until lightly golden. Assemble sliders by placing a spoonful of pulled pork on the bottom half of each bun. Top with coleslaw and sliced pickles. Cover with the top half of the bun and secure with a toothpick. Serve hot and enjoy!
