gorgeous pictures of my fave character that aren't sourced makes me want to sCREAM
it kinda bugs me still that big important posts have little to no tags and people wonder why it has little notes and isn't being spread. I mean yeah I get it, if it's big- you reblog. But if you don't tag it right, most people that have the follower count or the blog that is known for that type of thing, won't find it. I am guilty of forgetting to tag too sometimes but recently I'm making more of an attempt. I mean seriously, 10 seconds extra.
I follow a blog that has a lot of really great stuff, but has the troublesome habit of not sourcing the creators and worse, posts images that have had the watermarks cropped out. So far, I've been able to find sources for most sourceless images in less than a minute on GIS. I really like the content, but I can't in good conscience reblog things that are stolen and altered. What legitimate reason can someone have for removing a watermark? It's a really terrible thing to do when someone has obviously worked really hard to create something.
Aaahh.. I'm too lazy to search for pictures for my seablog but I should really update it huh. Nearly all the posts in the tumblr tags are unsourced!
wait i may have been the one being an asshole first. BUT SERIOUSLY GUYS. even reposting from somewhere if it's been edited? STILL NOT COOL. how long does it take to find the source? a really short amount of time. i'mma find the thing i use and post it here.
