Ingredients:

3 large sweet onions (Vidalia or yellow onions), sliced

½ cup butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp dried thyme (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Layer the onion slices in a greased baking dish.

Pour the melted butter over the onions and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the onions.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
