Sorry for the off picture but I just have to share this with you guys 👍🏼💕 This is one of my go-to super quick and easy meals to make! It's packed with good vitamins, minerals, amino acids (protein), fiber and it's amazing for healthy hair, skin, nails, energy production and for the overall function of your body 🌿 It's quinoa with steamed sweet potatoes, carrots and broccoli all mixed in with a spicy arrabiata sauce / tomato basil sauce or whatever kind you like, topped off with diced cucumber and lemon juice (optional but I like it for the freshness). I also had this with some hummus but avocado is also nice!
