Chatting with radfems is just so wonderfully refreshing! No need to worry about if I'm bringing up feminism or misogyny too often, no need to wonder if I need to be careful, just wonderful women who GET IT! <3

Anyone who is familiar with creating an entire world would totally understand! It can seriously be exhausting. And you can always look over contributions and change things here and there (although I'd suggest making that clear up front).
It definitely is exhausting! Even thinking about how many there are to go yet! And yeah, I definitely wouldn’t want to go back behind someone and change things, unless it was a case of something missing (or obvious use of CC or something).

Some empty houses is always a great idea imo. Some sparsely furnished and some fully furnished is perfect I think. Most people change things up and there are some who might want it all done. I am happy to help furnish :)
Well, I’m hesitant to do shells that have nothing in them since players can purchase unfurnished if they would rather decorate themselves. Though I suppose that would help keep the population smaller, while still making it look like a good sized world. Something to think about.

I think it's a great idea! This way you get a variety in the decor as well. As I'm sure that not everyone has the same tastes. If you decide to go this route, please let me know if I can be of any help.
Yeah, I have my own personal taste so, even with different furnishing and CASTing, my interiors tend to still be similar in style. Variety certainly wouldn’t be a bad thing. Though I draw the line at copying EA interiors, lol

Sure, why not! I recommend to make a white-list for cc though, so that not every house comes with it's own (more or less huge) decor. Also yes, leave some with basic furniture! For townies it doesn't matter, players will redecorate anyway.
Haha, very true. If CAST wasn’t a thing, it’d be done so much faster. I mean, don’t get me wrong. I love CAST and I love the freedom it provides. But for a large project like this, it slows me down because I can’t/won’t just plop in basic furniture without CASTing it.
And CC as a whole is blacklisted for GB, other than some of terrain paints and stuff I’ve made for it, which wouldn’t be used for interiors anyway.

Well I want Greymont Bay quite badly and pretty much the only thing I can squeeze out of The Shitlord at the moment is sim-making and building so I will help if you need it
Are you sure though? I didn’t think you were that interested. Haha, just kidding. What is wrong with shitlord though?

Well I guess there realistically would be large amount of variation in decor, so I wouldn't consider it a bad thing. Must be quite stressful thinking about decorating them all yourself!! :)
Yes, exactly! Variety in the decor would definitely be more realistic and absolutely less stressful for me. Now I think about how to coordinate everything and how it would all work.

I think it's a great idea to let people furnish the lots. I don't know if this is just me though, but why not leave some with light furnishings? I mean toilet, shower, fridge and so on. Irl you dont really buy fully furnished houses anyway ;)
Like I said above, players can choose to buy furnished or unfurnished houses. Having them furnished means other families will be able to move into them since there’s (supposed to be) some kind of check to make sure a house is livable. So if I only did IRL furnishings, it’d be a pretty empty neighborhood!

Why not be controversial? I believe in you :)
I’m scared that if i’m controversial the teacher really really won’t like it and that that will affect my grade for the worse hahhaha, but thank you
