What year was your favorite year? Mine was 2009 even though it was the cringiest online (forums, Ourworld, MunizOnline, the list can go on forever) I discovered Korean music, finally developed a style, and found my musical roots.

I’m so sorry this is such a late answer! But it took me a long time to figure out an answer, and once I did, I wanted to wait until the official end of the year so that I can go ahead and say 2016. 

Though there were many, many, many downs - A LOT of shit that happened - there were also some ups that I certainly wouldn’t want to change for the world. 

For one thing, I became a legal adult this year, and with it I have slowly started to yearn for (and in a few ways become) independent. I also finally graduated high school (it felt like it would never come lol) and got to vote twice (even though my voice was not heard either time). I even took a much needed month-and-a-half-long vacation to get out in the world, visit family, and finally meet my best online friend of 4-ish years, @chaotic-ginger-assassin! I love and miss you bby <3

I also got into Korean dramas (thanks to Ginger) (which took over much of my life) which led to finally getting into BTS (thanks to Ginger and @yoongibun over the course of several years lmao) (which has somehow taken over even more of my life lmao) which both contributed to finally finding a dream, or at least setting a goal for the future, to study abroad in South Korea. I’ve even started trying to teach myself some Korean! Though I was naive when I set the goal and had originally hoped to be heading to Korea around now, I don’t even know if I’ll be able to accomplish it during this next year, but that’s what I’ll be working towards from now.

I also can’t forget to mention that I’ve made 2 new best friends this year through our love of BTS and I’m so happy to have met them,  @haveyouseenmybias and Tamie. We had a chance meeting online but we all just somehow clicked instantly even though we’re pretty different, kind of similar to the boys. Thank you both for making my last half of the year filled with happiness and fun times, and filled with friends once again <3

As 2017 begins, hopefully most of the shit can be put in the past. As the years go on, I’ll probably forget most of it. But I won’t forget most of the good stuff, so that’s all that matters. So goodbye 2016, I won’t forget you, at least not the important and good things you gave me. Happy New Year everyone!

(As a side note, I also was on Ourworld 2009 or 2010 lol are you who that makes me think you are? Come talk to me off anon either way if you’d like!)

What’s your favorite color?

I'm a fan of teal and purple. Certain pinks are pretty good too.

If you could only have one wish, what would you wish for?

I would find myself a lawyer friend and spend days figuring that out. It would probably be something that would make things more equal for people, or allow them to understand others better. Mind reading, or hypersensitivity to other's emotions. I would just have to make sure that there wouldn't be loopholes and such, or that the new traits couldn't be taken advantage of. Hmmhmmhrm.

Do you like rain (or Rayne HUEHUEHUE)? Both are good!

Your OTF (What fandom you consider yourself the most apart of (whether you like the thing the fandom is for the most, or you post things in that fandom a lot, or what-have-you))? 

Uhhh shoot. Well as far as posting, I am all over Assassin's Creed, Bioshock, and a handful of video games. But if you're talking emotional dedication, It's only a few very specific things. Basically I'll internally spaz out if you mention The Sandman, Any of my favorite movies, or talk about my pets. That's about as fangirl as I get.

How long do you think you would survive in a zombie apocalypse and what would your survival strategy be?

I would avoid people and just hermit out in the middle of nowhere. I am far too trusting, and I tend to believe that people are good by default until proven otherwise. I can also be ridiculously loyal.  All of these traits would get me killed. So exile it is. If the virus/parasite/etc. didn't hurt animals, I would have a handful of dogs to accompany me.

What are you most afraid of?

Well the obvious first choice is loved ones dying. But oddly enough, I am just as afraid of the people I love suddenly not loving me back. I guess in my mind it's a similar thing.

Night or day?

Night is so much better, it's not even funny. ALTHOUGH Sunrises and Sunsets, man. Those are the best.

When and why did you join tumblr?

It was a few years ago. A friend talked me into it.

How are you? Are you doing okay? Do you want a hug? Do you need someone to talk to? I have my ears and arms open if you do.

I'm doing okay, I just have a lot on my plate. I've needed a hug for a while now, to be honest. Heh. But it's all stuff I have to handle myself, and I can't really ask for help. My social skills have gotten worse, and I've withdrawn a lot from society. I think it's because I don't want to burden anyone else. The good thing is I am actually making progress, and this too shall pass. Bad news is that I'm ridiculously quiet about it.

The point I'm trying to make is that I've been through worse.

Sowna Comparison (1,300th post)

Mkay I've been putting this off for like 6 days because I had no idea what to do for my 1,300th post so here, have a Sowna comparison.

First is a picture of a picture so the date is when I took the picture. I believe it was actually taken between 5/15/98-6/30/98 when I was about 4-5 1/2 months old more or less.

Second is right before I got my braces on later that day on 4/7/10 when I was 12. If you see the little bit of blue in my teeth at the sides, those were the spacers I had to get put in.

Third is me with braces. That was taken on Vieques Island in Puerto Rico. That was a conch shell I just found when we were exploring the beaches. It was taken on 7/15/10. I was still 12. 

Fourthly is a picture of when I got my bangs cut. (I just realized it's the same shirt as in the fifth picture too.) It was taken between 11/15/11-12/15/11. It was just before I turned 14.

Fifthly is the most recent picture I have of me. It was taken about 6-7 months after I got my braces off when I was just about to be 15 and at the time I was wearing my retainer all the times (which I'm not wearing at all anymore even though I'm supposed to. Oops.)

So yeah that's me through the years.
