She knows she’s 110% beautiful, and keeps tossing her hair as she caresses her curls. Her man-friend simpers as she bats her eyelashes. At this point, Uncle decides to have the Wonton Ramen, just to contradict her as she’s no (wonton) dumpling. The Wonton Ramen comes in an original soy base, unlike the rich tonkotsu pork bone soup base that is favoured by new ramen eateries, Ippudo and Ajisen. The ramen is served with said pork wontons, charshu pork, onsen tamago (egg), bok choy, bamboo shoots and spring onion. Uncle is not completely enamoured with tonight’s wontons - too much skin, not enough filling.
