Soymilk Pudding
I made this pudding just simply because my eldest son loves it. However, for mama myself, I still prefer the traditional Tau Huey which has to be eaten along with some sugar syrup.
::: i n g r e d i e n t :::
unsweetened soy milk ... 500mls
sugar ... 2 Tbsp
gelatin ... 2 tsp
::: m e t h o d :::
pour soymilk into a sauce pan, heat it up on medium heat. **do not bring it to boil**
add in sugar according to your taste.
in a small bowl, add in gelatin and pour about 50mls of warm soymilk in. mix it well.
pour the gelatin mixture back in to the saucepan and mix well.
pour the soymilk mixture into your desired container. cool it at room temperature for at least 30 mins before transferring them to the fridge to let it set for another 3-4 hours.
