I imagine Yuna has to bodily drag her boys out of the water at the end of each day
and there’s probably some sulking involved
the audio drama never happened but Tidus stealing Jecht’s headscarf definately did
Sozas belongs to @worstbastardhere!

I... drew something.... In a matter of a few hours... I’m officially scared. It’s maybe my third postable image of the year.
This is Lesca, who shows up in a few different FFX AUs of mine. This particular version comes from the story where Yuna and Tidus become an aeon together. Rather than use them to protect Spira until Sin can be killed, Yevon manages to rewrite their religion around a new definition of Sin and summoners and manage to maintain control. The new summon eliminates the need for the death of a summoner (long story) and makes defeating Sin no more than a ritual performed every decade or so. Consequently, Yevon gains even more control over the system. Very few people are allowed to understand the nature of summons and especially the Final Summon, for fear that someone might defeat Sin forever and Yevon will lose it’s best means of controlling Spira.
A few hundred years in the future, an Al Bhed researcher named Lesca has been doing unsanctioned research on Summons. (She’s a descendant of Riku’s in some form. Lesca comes from Yunalesca, but was meant to be a tribute to Yuna without actually using her name) She hires an orphan and estranged Crusader, Sozas, (Who appears in almost every FFX story I have in some form or another) to help her sneak into the Calm Lands during the next summoning so she can try to get some readings that would disprove Yevon’s current stand that summons are merely manifestations of Pyreflies and have no feelings or thoughts of their own. Then the summon goes sour and they end up with a half-dead Tidus summon on their team that’s not only very much capable of coherent thought, but able to speak and not sure what to be furious about first. He tries to drag them along to find Yuna and maybe destroy Yevon in the process. Eventually everyone learns that being a summon really sucks and the pillars of their religion are just scared teenagers bound into an eternal life of fighting to death for a religion that maintains power over them by their shared inability to abandon each other.
It’s complicated. Mostly I’m just shocked that I drew this, and did most of the design during the sketching. I haven’t designed even a crappy outfit in recent memory.
As I mentioned a while ago, my sister got me a freaking amazing commision from Saimain on Deviantart. It’s Yuna and Tidus (of course) and my fan kid Sozas. I could talk about him forever, but basically he’s my little cinnamon roll. He’s often created inadvertently by his parents who don’t realize that his father’s transient state of existence means that his options for creating offspring are remarkably different than regular humans. (TL;DR= whoops, dream!baby) I do love that the circumstances allow for pretty much any affectionate YuTi relationship, including asexual. And the picture is SO CUTE. The whole picture is weaponized adorableness.
My sister said Saimain told her I could repost colored versions as long as I included her info and linked back to her. It’s been SO LONG since I’ve actually done a coherent coloring job, I’m actually pretty excited that it turned out at all
I’ve mentioned it before, but art by Adele Lorienne/Saiman.
Okay, so, Sozas. He's my OC kid of Yuna and Tidus. I try to ignore him but don't do a good job of it. He walks on water? He gets it from his Mom, but he only uses it for enhancing his blitzball playing. Some might call it cheating. He has multiple conflicting back stories, one of which may actually end up finished someday. He's supposed to be trying to practicing making a shot from outside of the sphere without ruining his concentration and falling in. His hands are like a martial arts Fayth Prayer pose? Idk, I know it looks odd.
For reasons unknown even to me, I decided to lay down flat colors. I never bothered to find my tablet, which makes the whole thing make even less sense. All water effects are done using Transform/warp and the glass filter in photoshop.
I guess I may as well post this before I get too worried and never post it. It's the second half of this fic summary thing and idk. AU weird stuff happens, I like Sozas, actually talking about this stuff is weird.
Yuna goes to see how Sozas is holding up, who insists he's fine and that he's known his mom hated both of them for a long time. The idea that she wasn't human seems eerily comforting to him. He says it's like a fairy tale. His dad has always told him stories of the adventures he and Yuna had gone on when they were younger, and he always described Yuna as the kindest, most beautiful person he'd ever known. He'd always assumed that his father was just blinded by love or in denial about his relationship now, but sometimes when he was lonely he'd think about what it was like to have a Mom like that. Now that he's met her, he understands why his father acts the way he does. Yuna says that's a lot for a child to think about and he says he's seen a lot. Yuna tucks him in and he asks her to look after his dad before he falls asleep. She goes to check on Tidus. (Sozas has some issues, obviously. We'll get into that later too)
He's awake again, and obviously already drunk. He's been fighting a drinking problem for years, but why bother anymore? He's worse than his father was. He's let his son grow up miserable because he couldn't see things the way they were, and he murdered Otheryuna, and he heard everything she said, but it doesn't change the fact that he never stopped loving her. He's torn between the realization that Otheryuna wasn't really Yuna and was going to kill her if he didn't stop her, and the part of him that insists that he murdered his wife and the mother of his child to protect the nicer, prettier version that just showed up. He cycles between crying into her shoulder and verging on a panic attack, and finally flies into a rage, throwing things before he realizes that Sozas came out and is watching him.
He freezes up and tries to explain, then apologize, and finally vomits and passes out. Yuna drags him upstairs and puts him to bed, and changes into one of his shirts because hers is covered in blood and vomit. Sozas comes in and she says she's staying with Tidus for the night to watch him. He shyly asks if he can stay too, and they end up all staying together.
The next morning Tidus is still passed out, so she takes Sozas to the beach to practice blitzball. They spend some time playing together and talking before they notice Tidus followed them. Yuna goes back to the beach.
He apologizes for his behavior and thanks her for looking after Sozas. She asks what they should do now. He doesn't know. He realizes that this a dream, and even remembers his previous attempts to escape, but even knowing it's a dream, he doesn't want to leave if it means losing his son. She says she understands. He says he thinks she should get out as soon as she can. He thinks he can at least help her do that. He apologizes, this time on behalf of himself, for not going with her.
They start talking, and he admits that the way Otheryuna treated Sozas bothered him more than anything else she had done, but he just couldn't process that his Yuna would be that cruel, and always managed to convince himself that it was his fault that she acted the way she did. She certainly gave that impression. Seeing Yuna playing with Sozas made him realize just how bad Otheryuna had been, and he regrets trying to keep the relationship stable for Sozas's sake. He wishes they could be together, but he can't ask her to stay there. She wonders what exactly needs him to stay asleep, and what created Otheryuna. He says he never found out, even the time he almost got free. He thinks he's happier not knowing. They go watch Sozas, and then walk home together. That night Sozas asks questions about their lives together when they were younger and they reminisce together, while Tidus and Sozas fill her in on Sozas's childhood. that night they all sleep together again.
(There seems like there should be more family bonding here)
The next day they wake up to Yuna making breakfast. She's cut her hair as best she can, and is wearing some of Otheryuna's clothes. Sozas openly says she can't pass as his mom because she's too pretty. I think Tidus is at this point trying to hide that he's seriously crushing because he feels bad about it. They go to the beach together. This time they all play together until Yuna sees the Fayth standing on the beach. Sozas can't see him, so she and Tidus go talk to him.
The Fayth says he's been trying to reach her. He was able to find out more since Yuna left, especially in the time since Otheryuna died. He says that the day Tidus disappeared he was attacked by a fiend, probably one that resembled a pupal form of Sin. Tidus seems upset by the description. The Fayth says he can't say exactly what happened, but it seems someone is trying to create a new Sin. he was absorbed instead of killed and is serving as the Fayth to create a new Sin. Tidus was attacked or eaten or somehow absorbed, probably simply with the intention of killing him, but it was discovered that his strong will and unique state of existence made him the closest thing to an aeon existing on Spira. Whoever is creating Sin doesn't have enough strength to control Tidus without killing him and has been trying to use the dream to keep him from realizing his situation while they try to figure out how to better control him.
(It may be implied at this point that Seymour created the new Sin, and that he escaped the Farplane while the fiends were pouring out of the temples in X-2, and has been trying to create a new Sin to continue his plan to 'save' Spira. There will be more on that at the end of the story)
Since Tidus has become aware of being in a dream, everything has become less stable. Sin has started to move, and will probably start attacking soon. If Tidus can still wake up, he should be able to get free on his own. The monster is so bloated on his energy that if he can break free the creator probably won't be able to garner up enough strength to move it on his own. If he doesn't, he'll be completely absorbed into Sin, and start the cycle again. Someone in the real world will have to defeat and send him. Unfortunately, whether he wakes up or is killed, it won't change the fact that Sozas will die. Yuna has to get out of the dream or she'll be lost too. Tidus is crushed by the new information and says killing his wife was bad enough and he'd rather die than hurt his son. The Fayth calmly reminds him that his death will kill Sozas anyway. Tidus snaps and starts screaming and a large part of the beach just disappears. He only gets control of himself when he realizes that he's endangering Sozas and Yuna and passes out.
Yuna manages to carry him home. 9I know it probably looks weird, but he's not that big and Yuna's stronger than she looks) On the way, Sozas says that although he didn't hear the whole conversation, he's heard enough to realize what's going on. He had already realized he was part of his father's dream after his mother talked about it. Of course he's upset, but he's more worried about his father. He's seen a lot in his life, and while Tidus always thought he was protecting his son, Sozas realized how much his father was suffering and learned to handle everything he could on his own. He's suppressed his feelings long enough he has trouble expressing them. He's always assumed that the biggest problem with the relationship is them having a child since at some point they must have been happy enough to inspire the dedication his father still shows. He wants his dad to be happy, even if it means he doesn't exist.
Tidus stays in bed the rest of the day with only brief periods where he's lucid enough to talk, during which he begs Yuna to go back to her world and try to forget everything. She tries to get him to calm down and eat, but eventually gives up and finds a storybook and reads to Sozas in the main bedroom until he falls asleep. Tidus seems to listen and is asleep by the end as well.
When Yuna wakes up, Tidus is on the balcony. He says it's okay and he's not drunk, he doesn't think it's possible to drink enough to forget what's going on. They observe that parts of the jungle are missing, and he admits that he doesn't think he'd be able to salvage things even if he knew how. He knows he's being selfish, but he can't endanger his son, even if it's to be with her. (This scene is reminiscent of when Yuna says she couldn't abandon her pilgrimage, even if she was with him) She's upset, but says she doesn't think she could do differently in his situation. He starts to ask her to defeat Sin for his sake before it can attack, but stops when he realizes how much it hurts her.
She notices Sozas watching them quietly, and realizes the look in his eyes is the same she got when she was on her pilgrimage, looking at places she'd never see again. It scares her and she goes to him. Sozas says he wants his dad to live, and he doesn't mind disappearing. He notes that the island is becoming unstable, and they need to save Yuna soon. Tidus agrees that they should help Yuna, but says he won't abandon his son. Sozas counters that he's been hearing stories his entire life about his brave and beautiful mother and his strong, devoted father, and he always thought it was a lie, but he's finally realized that it was all true. The story can't end with the hero attacking the princess. The version of his dad he always admired wouldn't abandon Yuna or force her to kill him. Tidus just hugs Sozas and cries. (Sozas doesn't cry... his stunted emotions versus his father's emotional outbursts is a pretty common theme throughout the story. Also, seems like this is one of those places that needs another scene just so the mood doesn't change too quickly)
(At this point I should say that I'm aware that Sozas is only seven years old, but if you've ever heard a kid from an abusive background talk about the most terrifying things with a straight face and calm voice, it's creepy as hell. The metaphor is probably pushing it, but he's seen a lot of terrible crap, and he can deal with it because that's how he learned to cope. Kids are tough) Sozas asks if they can go to the beach. Tidus and Yuna try to put on their happy faces and humor him.
At the beach, they're confronted by Wakka (Otherwakka technically, I guess), who starts out by saying everyone knows he killed Otheryuna and it doesn't matter, he can keep the real Yuna or make a new one for all they care, he can make himself a harem of Yunas if that's what makes him happy, but he needs to let someone clean up his mind or they'll all die. When Tidus objects, Wakka says they only need Sozas to keep Tidus in line, and he's perfectly willing to kill Yuna as an example. (since this is the short version, I'll admit that everything's a little sketchy here and subject to change. I hate choreographing fight scenes, so I'll just say that at some point Wakka attempts to take direct control of Sozas and is surprised when it doesn't work. Someone ends up killing Wakka, who disappears the same way Otheryuna did.) Tidus wonders if everyone in the village is against them.
The Fayth arrives, this time more urgently, and says that Sin is definitely heading towards Besaid. Someone is probably trying to make Sin destroy Besaid and Yuna's real body in hopes that Tidus will agree to be reset just to forget what he's done. They don't have any more time, he has to decide one way or the other and get out or get Yuna out so she can at least warn them.
This time Sozas sees the Fayth and talks to him. The Fayth is embarrassed at first, but then says it might be a sign that he's getting stronger. When Tidus was revived, the fact that real humans had strong memories of him was the push that ultimately made it possible. It's unlikely, but there's a chance that Yuna might be able to pull him out of the dream world. He says the fayth will lend their support, and although it's a long shot, it's still better than just staying in the dream world. They agree, and he tells them to get to the beach as soon as possible.
(Imma cheat again and just say a bunch of stuff happens and some more Otherpeople probably die. This scene I'd rather not summarize because it's the kind that changes a lot. The world is corrupting quickly, and parts of the landscape are replaced with other areas and parts of the original Zanarkand as Tidus becomes more stressed. He probably even sees people from his childhood, maybe even his Mom. If he does, he has to fight her too. Under the Seymour theory, it makes sense that if he's now trying to directly intervene his own childhood would probably make him assume using Tidus's mom would have the greatest emotional impact he could create with a fake person. By the time they make it to the beach, Tidus himself is starting to glitch up, and it's assumed that his real self is waking up. He tells her to hurry up and go back while he holds on for as long as he can. This scene also has multiple ways it can go, with other versions implying he has to fight his way out and things are going to get even more traumatizing or that he's not sure what's happening to him, just that he knows he's fading fast. I think it depends on how Tidus would turn out as I worked on the other parts of the story)
Going to where she was when she started, she clutches Soas to her chest and focuses her entire mind on taking Sozas with her.
She wakes up on the beach, hungry and sunburned and clinging Tidus's jacket protectively to her chest. She walks back to the village in a daze where everyone's been looking for her, and ignores them, heading towards the beach, dragging the jacket behind her. She wades into the water and starts whistling without explaining anything. Someone comes forward to ask what she's doing, but at that point Sin rises out of the ocean in the deeper water. (At this it's probably a quarter the size of the Sin they fought, and looks similar but not fully developed. Also, this could continue for quite some time, the time difference between the dream and real life is about one week = just over a day in my calculations)
The others try to pull her out of the way and prepare for a fight, but it weakly stumbles a few steps before collapsing in front of her. Yuna runs to it and starts to climb into its mouth (Or any part at this point, it's scary and sickly and having trouble staying together and I think she could dig into it with her bare hands) While everyone's trying to figure out what's going on, she emerges with an emaciated Tidus who appears to be clinging to life. As she starts to carry him to the village, Wakka asks if that's really Sin. She replies “Probably.”
“And he was in it?”
“Yes.”
“And she's sure he's still, you know, okay?”
“I think so.”
Wakka decides he's better off pretending he didn't see anything and offers to carry Tidus for her.
Tidus sleeps for a week, and goes through periods of strong fever and meaningless babble. (at some point he probably wakes up while Yuna's keeping an eye on him and implies that the guilt over what he did and the realization that he's forgetting everything about the dream is what's causing the sickness. She says she couldn't save Sozas and he says that knowing how much she cared about him means everything to him, but he doesn't blame her. He realizes that he wasn't able to do anything to help her and it would be cruel of him to expect more from her He holds her and says he wasn't sure if Yuna had made it, and at this point knowing he didn't lose both of them is the only thing keeping him alive. He apologizes to her for leaving her to carry the burden of memories alone before he falls back asleep. The main point of the scene is basically just to give Yuna a break. She's been through enough without at least hearing him say none of it was her fault while he still remembers.)
An Al Bhed ship drags Sin off the beach and bombs it to make sure it's good and dead, and it's properly sent. (It's still alive, but it's grown enough from Tidus that now it's too big to move itself without him. Parts are decaying off)
Tidus does finally wake up, although he's rather shaky and doesn't give any indication of remembering anything from the dream. He's suffered significant muscular and even skeletal reduction from being trapped so long, and it takes several months for him to get back to somewhat normal. (during his recovery he acts like a true victim of Sin's toxins and tends to space out and forget basic facts) After he's recovered enough they get married at a small private ceremony. They're happy, although sometimes in the mornings she finds him at the docks and he seems distracted and says he thought he was supposed to meet someone there. He normally tries to laugh it off, saying he has no idea who he would even meet there. A few times she's heard him whistle and then be confused about who he was whistling for.
A few years later she gets pregnant, and Tidus's weird blank out periods get more frequent and sometimes he has nightmares he wakes up screaming from but can't remember. She hopes it means what she thinks it means but she's afraid to even wish it and then the kid is born and it has Sozas's distinctive blond streaks, and Tidus doesn't react much, but when he smiles it seems younger and more genuine than anything she's seen since he got back. They smile, they laugh, they kiss, everyone's happy, and it's implied that Sozas grows up with two loving parents and no PSTD at all.
The ending is here.
AND SOME NOTES:
Let's see....I know the situation resembles Matrix, although I was thinking more along the lines of Truman Show. Since the dream world is created by Tidus, it's his energy that maintains it, including all the people and places. The less energy he devotes to creating extra areas and inhabitants the more energy they get to keep. To that end, they specifically keep him in Besaid and arranged for him to be injured so he would make less trips to Luca. Besaid itself has gotten smaller, and they try to keep him on a normal schedule. Otheryuna's ultimate plan is to get him to the point where he's depressed enough he doesn't leave the house unless he has to. Ideally, they were aiming to get him to the point where he stayed at home and drank. Being drunk all the time would make it easier to alter the world without him noticing gaps in space/time. Sozas could be erased, with a new one that would only need to exist enough for Tidus to see that his son was still around and just wanted no part of him. (Sozas takes the most strength to keep around, so everyone would like to get rid of him as soon as he's not absolutely necessary) Once he lost track of days and weeks he could be kept in his current situation indefinitely.
If Seymour was behind it I think his plan would be to make Tidus's dream as self contained as possible. His original reason to be in Besaid was to kill Yuna and absorb her to use her to create his new Spira. He happened to find Tidus first and attacked and absorbed him and realized he was a great potential source of energy. However, Tidus's will was strong enough that even unconscious he's hard to control, and Seymour loses control of Sin for a while. Tidus isn't strong as an aeon, but Seymour has a lot less experience at this than Yu Yevon. Going off of what he's learned from Tidus, I think he's planning to kill most people, but try to take Yuna alive so he can insert his consciousness into her dream.
I forget if I mentioned it before, but there's another story I had with the same basis but a different ultimate plot where Seymour had a much bigger role, but in this one he's not necessary and he's one of those characters that has such a strong fanbase that I hate to involve him if I don't have to because I'm afraid I'll piss people off. Otherwise, he seems to be the perfect choice. Everyone knows he's a bastard to kill, and if anyone's obstinate enough to climb the hell out of the farplane, it's him. The summons appeared in the real world after having been sent, so it's obvious the farplane was leaking. Seymour was also obsessed with Sin, and spent some time in it, and it was implied he was trying to take it over. (If you like, I see his making a new Sin as similar to Kuja making black mages after knowing something about how genomes are made) Also he was capable of masterminding that vision of Zanarkand in Guadosalam, so it would make sense that he would be able to create a convincing illusion.
Otheryuna is confusing. I presume at first that she actually attempted to reproduce Yuna's personality correctly. Did she ever actually like him? If this is Seymour's plan then it would make sense for him to want to provide Tidus with a Yuna that hated him. I guess she would superficially understand Yuna. If she was created by Seymour and based on his perceptions of Yuna and/or what Tidus would find ideal in a mate, it would make sense that they weren't compatible, but then it seems like she would be odd enough he'd catch on. Perhaps at first she was actively trying to learn from mistakes and become the Yuna he wanted, but after the escape attempts she went full-on Machiavelli and decided if you can't reign by love and fear it's better to reign by fear. After the fact he probably realizes that he was always in love with Yuna and projecting his feelings on Otheryuna, but it still bothers him. I think it would be creepy if he got over it too quickly. Also I'm aware that the evil Yuna thing is weird and exists solely because of my deep-rooted conviction that the most amazing thing a man can do is take care of a child even knowing they won't be rewarded with sex. It's probably very creepy and Freudian, but I'm 100% aware of it.
As for why it took so long for Sozas to show up in the real world, there were so many possibilities. In one version Yuna came to the real world and then found out she was pregnant with the implication I guess being that his physical form couldn't pass into their world but she nonetheless managed to carry him back. The more common ending is what I implied here: that it happened when they were the ages they were when Sozas is conceived in the dream world.
A newer version I'm currently sold on is the idea that they get married and live somewhat happily after that, but Tidus realizes something's bothering her and either tries to talk to her directly or (more likely) visits the fayth because he assumes it has something to do with that last time he disappeared and doesn't want to bother her. The Fayth confirms that something is indeed bothering her, and Tidus can indeed help, but it will be difficult. Possibly too much for him to withstand. He insists that he wants to help, and the Fayth tells him that at some point during his sickness he consciously suppressed his memories of what happened while he was gone, and if he tries hard enough he should probably be able to recover them. He has no idea what he's in for but does some soul searching and manages to make a partial recollection. He probably goes through a few days of wishing he hadn't done that and bordering on a breakdown, but he ultimately realizes that Yuna must be missing Sozas, because he sure as hell is. I don't know if he tells her he remembers. Probably not at first because he doesn't want to scare her, but maybe after he's stabilized in case she wants to talk about it. Anyway, he assumes the Fayth just meant if he regained his memories he would understand why she was hurting and be able to at least be there for there, but it turns out both of them needed to remember in order to be able to create Sozas here.
I think what I like about this version is it allows him to be emotionally crippled by the situation when it happens, but then it doesn't leave Yuna to handle everything for both of them from there. I honestly believe that if he had his memories the whole time he wouldn't have been able to stand it, but after several months to get back in touch with reality he'd probably have a firmer grip on what parts of his dream actually mattered and what was just dream.
Actually, I have trouble writing Tidus in this situation. I think I was interested in the idea because it involves Tidus going against so much of his personality. He's not used to trying to internalize his problems or apologize for the sake of keeping the peace. However, his main motivations are fear of being alone and becoming like his father. Those are pretty strong motivators, and I think the worse their home life gets, the more he sympathizes with Sozas and tried to keep up appearances on his side of the relationship.
As for his sanity as things get hard, I'm really not sure. As much as people complain about Tidus, he puts up with a lot of crap. Cloud questions his reality and goes catatonic for quite some time, Squall thinks Rinoa's gone and loses it, Zidane finds out he's not human and goes through that phase where he locks everyone out and cusses out children and stuff. With Tidus it's like:
Fayth: You're a dream.
Tidus: That sucks.
Fayth: So is everyone you know. If we wake up, you and everyone you know dies.
Tidus: Ouch...
Fayth: Now go kill your dad and defeat Sin so we can stop dreaming.
Tidus: ….. Wait, you mean the 'kill everyone version' of waking up?
Fayth: No, just the 'kill everyone you love' version.
Tidus: …. gosh darn it.
Fayth: You could let Yuna die if you preferred.
Tidus: GOSH DARN IT TO FARTING HECK. (wakes up)
Everyone: What's the matter with you?
Tidus: Hi.... guys. Let's..... sigh... Let's go defeat Sin.
So he's surprisingly good at dealing with this sort of thing. I think his biggest problem is dealing with Sozas disappearing, since he's already going to take it personally and after spending seven years the idea of leaving his son to die is going to hit hard. Otheryuna probably hurt, but mostly because it was a lot to take in. The other people he could deal with, even if they attacked. I'm not sure he would lose it because he tends to hold together well when people are relying on him.
Just to finish, Sozas has been around for around ten years. In fact, the oldest picture of him on the internet is from '04 and ominously hints that his story already exists. Old Sozas
I forget how it happened, probably trying to make up a hairstyle for Yuna and Tidus's hypothetical kid. I refused to acknowledge him as a character for an extremely long time, first just referring to him as “That kid of theirs that doesn't exist”. Then he became SPZA Jr (Star Player of the Zanarkand Abes Jr) and then SOSPZA (Son of SPZA) The running gag was that he was named after his father, and his father had no cannon name so they had to keep the nicknames running) Eventually it became Sozas (Son of Zanarkand Abes's S, or what he calls himself in Japan) I still tended to change it, and as you can see in this picture I spelled it 3 ways in the description. (Incidentally, I finally decided to use the old fanfic stereotype and share a bed without anyone addressing how awkward it should be as a tribute to that pic because I'm so surprised it survived my many crap art purges on Deviantart. Second pic
Anyway, I hate getting attached to OC and I remember declaring that his story was that he only existed in his dad's mind and his dad wasn't all there so he was double screwed. The rest of the story came from that without me even wanting it. He kept popping up the whole time I was doing ffx stuff.
And then Will came and broke my soul and I stayed awake for like 36 hours drawing fluffy ffx stuff, and not only was Sozas still there, THE WHOLE DAMN FANFIC WAS STILL STUCK IN MY HEAD. So here you go, Sozas. You've got a crappy 9,000 word summary of an ungodly long fanfic that was never meant to be written. You're a real boy now, or whatever.

*floofs hair. I'm proud of you, kid.
lol, question?
And it's Sozas. Did I draw him or just mention him? Oh well.
Sozas is obviously the son of Yuna and Tidus. He has like 4 different creation stories, and I don't just mean different scenarios, I mean like in one he only exists in his father's dreams. Things get complicated when half your DNA is subject to not existing.
Anyway, he's cute. His chara design is like 10 years old, although I never actually wrote any of gis stories. He plays youth Blitzball. His blonde hair is supposed to come from his Al Bhed heritage, and I know it's extremely implausible, but I keep it that way. Also he steals his dad's necklace a lot, and he wants to be a blitzball when he grows up.
