There’s actually a surprising amount of content to draw from for this ship. Aside from the obvious rivalry between Craig and Those Guys and The Main Four, and factoring in that both are objectively the leaders of their independent groups, there are also scenes where they show preferential treatment to one another.

In Tweek VS Craig, Cartman chooses Craig as his champion. In Breast Cancer Show Ever, Craig is in awe of Cartman’s decision to shit on the teacher’s desk.

They share a certain mean-spirited streak that leads them to bully others and to treat others feelings as lesser than their own. They also share a gentler side that is less frequently seen. This relationship would be one of conflict, mutual respect, and mutual disdain.

All the things they would love about one another, they would also hate, and in so be forced to reach a stage of evolution. Will they embrace their worst qualities and become bullies together? Or will they grow into kinder people through empathy for one another? For them, it would be a coin toss.

They would be a formidable duo even within conflict. Despite the intensity of their relationship, the area where they would truly reach common ground would be the hours of relaxation. They bother have a deep appreciation for sitting back, watching quality TV, and snacking.

They also both have a larger than average interest in larping. Craig and Cartman embraced their roles in The Stick Of Truth more than most of the characters did. It is likely that Craig is more interested in fantasy than he is with super heroes but Cartman is a big fan of The Lord Of The Rings, Game Of Thrones, and creating his own fantasy legends so it is likely that this would be another area of common ground where they could both explore their creativity and enjoy the others company.
