Scott tenorman and shelly?
There were more connections between these characters than I was expecting. While there is no direct interaction, the both of them share an interesting relationship with Cartman which could lead to quite a bit of interesting tension. They’re also both the type of older sibling to bully their younger sibling, which is a trait that only Scott, Shelly, and Kyle share.
Shelly also has shown that she has terrible taste in men so it’s easy to imagine her looking past Scott’s fall into vengeance fueled insanity. Although to be fair to Shelly, only one of her three canonical love interests was a scumbag.
Just looking into their characters it’s not difficult to imagine a tense but ultimately engaging relationship. Scott is petty, a prankster, and escalates. Shelly has very stereo-typically girly interests while also having anger issues that seem to grant her super-human strength. It would only take one prank before Shelly was throwing a literal piano at Scott. For those of you familiar with anime tropes, this couple reminds of of Shizuo and Izaya from Durarara! in all the best ways.
I also think it would be interesting that due to their connections with Cartman, would Cupid Cartman get involved?
Miscellaneous interactions between them:
Shelly pinches his ear and drags him away when he’s being stupid
Scott complains about her a lot but it’s because he can’t really stop thinking about her
Their tastes in music are incompatible. Scott liking classic rock and metal while maintaining that the older music is always better than newer music. Shelly meanwhile enjoys pop music and likes the direction of newer music. But because Shelly has such a metal personality, Scott can’t help but think about her while listening to angry metal music.
Shelly sometimes just demands a hug. She won’t explain why, and she’ll remain stiff and pout for a long period of time during, after awhile she’ll finally relax into the hug and shove him away when she’s had her fill.
Their first kiss was an angry accident.
Shelly has a diary explicitly dedicated to what she refers to as her “Scott Problem”
Scott has gotten really good at dodging TV’s and other large appliances.
