so I just assumed ireland and scotland had the same age of consent, but it turns out that ireland's is actually a year older (17)

already HATE the whole caelan storyline for being creepy as fuck and having groomy vibes, but val legally being a minor makes it even worse

plus since laundry is now moving val's birthday to october in order to account for the multiple timeline errors (which, let's be honest, will probably just confuse things more), it will no longer be 16yo val and 100yo vamp, but actually 15yo val and 100yo vamp

all of this leading back to my question I've had for literally over a decade: what the fuck is skulduggery doing letting this happen? sure go girl power let her fight her own battles etc etc but don't let your 15/16yo partner get groomed
