intro post
hi there. my name is caitlin, i’m nineteen, going into my penultimate year of my degree ( biomedical sciences, bsc(hons) ), and i feel like i know nothing. i struggle hard with concentration because, i think, so far in life school took no effort; now it does. that’s why i’ve created this studyblr blog. i had no idea this community existed until i glanced a reference to it on twitter or google or whatever it was, and i was totally inspired. though i was initially discouraged by the heavy focus on ‘aesthetics’ when i delved further i found a lot of helpful tips and posts focused to my degree ( re: reading scientific papers(!!!), that little paper cut of a necessary activity ). whilst i will post and share my own / others’ ‘studyspo’ because i find it relaxing and helps my frazzled mind to settle and recognise simplicity and organisation, this blog will be primarily focused on keeping a log of my own experience and studies, with whatever tips or help i can offer. active community helps me a lot with motivation, so i’m hoping this will help make a big difference; blogging about it to help keep me focused on it. a special thank you to the studyblrs that inspired me to come here:
