[ID: a purple-toned digital painting of Hatsune Miku. She is shown in full body, bending her knees inwards with her feet pointing at each other, pressing two fingers to her headset with one hand, and extending the other up. Remashing an old concept.

Like the basic creature design, but I ked to work on my colour schemes! So I'm going to try it again with markers and get a more varied scheme.

Playing around with this Space Opera is quite fun, allowing me to have quite varied species, fashion, and moods.

The initial quick concepts! Still need to concept two more of the guns! But generally, I like the variety and group dynamic. Pyotr is probably my favourite of the Guns, so far. He's such a geek, rat-man and I love that for him. He's really into Korme'kisian Space Pop, which is basically just alien Hatsune Miku.

Happy 16th Birthday, Hatsune Miku!

This is a piece I worked on during breaks while working on some commission work I did a couple of weeks ago. As I was drawing faces in a slightly more realistic style for the commission, I've been experimenting with the art style as well as some different colouring styles (I'm very much not a colourist so most of my colouring is experimental to be fair). The overall Miku design is my own, though there's so many Space Mikus I'm sure there's one or two that are similar. (The textures are actually an effect of Glaze, which is more visible than I'd like but I think fits the image enough not to matter)
