                                        LOST IN TRANSMISSION                                               A SCI-FI PLOT
Matter can be transformed into energy and remade back into matter by receivers aboard interstellar ships. People and things can be transported across space. Unfortunately during a time of great panic and conflict people had to abandon these transporter equipped ships and they lost track of the receiver ships out in the reaches of deepest space. Explorations teams are built now that things have calmed down and they are sent out of the last working transporter to find the location of these receiver ships and place beacons along with documenting what is there and where they are in space. Once they're turned into an energy transmission in space it's unsure of where they will go or if they'll even get there at all.
