i dunno i doubt that could actually happen. i once had a plant that was infested with centipedes though so that was...... not great..

I have never had that happen to me. I've had dozens of cactuses. http://www.snopes.com/horrors/insects/cactus.asp

well, that makes me feel much better. but i guess bugs in general can get into hollow plants, but i dont think they will be exploding things or bursting out in multitudes? i mean, it did seem far-fetched. but still. bugs. i didnt exactly want to be taking chances.
