This kinetic installation is driven by space weather. The density and speed of protons emitted by the sun are translated into an organic motion, that reflects the sunlight back on a wall. The density of the caustics is mapped to the density of particles. Likewise the speed of the installation’s movements to the speed of the protons. The structure is folded out of a single sheet and controlled via servo motors and an arduino micro controller.
