it’s essentially the plot of Star Wars: Bounty Hunter game, and all of the tie-in material associated with it. keep in mind though that this is Legends content now, so if you’re looking for something along Disney canon lines, iirc they haven’t touched anything directly associated with the cloning program / Jango’s history / the Kaminoans before the clone wars in that way

Seeing your mirelurk omelette study, what do you imagine mirrlurks tasting like? They’re mutated snappers, but snapper meat taste varies based on where in the body it came from.
That’s a bit of a complicated question, but I will attempt to answer:From what I can see from Wiki and theories/observations other fans have put together – different kinds of Mirelurks mutated from different kinds of aquatic creatures. The “snappers” that you are referring to are Lakelurks and Mirelurk Kings, which mutated from snapping turtles. The “basic” mirelurk mutated from Chesapeake Bay crabs.
Generic mirelurk meat is much more briny and pungent compared to its’ un-mutated counterpart, which is why it remains a not-so sought after source of meat for the common folk as it requires some culinary skill to dial back on these flavors. For how much work it is to harvest this meat and cook it – it is far too much work for the average scavenger to care about.
That being said – cooked correctly by someone with a bit of skill, Mirelurk meat is extremely savory and fulfilling. It is almost akin to a nicely seasoned steak with a tidal taste to it.
The downside to harvesting any sort of Mirelurk meat is if you don’t know what you’re doing, you’ll be eating what is essentially bad meat that tastes a wee “sewage-y” and sour.

(I honestly can’t remember if I’ve asked before) Have you ever heard of the Hellhole Trilogy by Brian Herbert? If you liked the scrappy underdogs fighting an evil empire of Star Wars episodes 4,5,6 and the political machinations of 1,2,3, you should enjoy Hellhole.
