19. It started when I wanted to get Rumi closer to UA for a fic. I also wanted to go more in-depth into the horror of Anan getting her back ripped apart by her own quirk, since everybody seems to focus mainly on Aizawa. The first scene I ever imagined for Spacebunny was Rumi barreling through UA’s halls after hearing what happened at the USJ.

Rumi often finds herself entranced by Anan's eyes, something that dates back to their "Love at First Brick" meeting. She's lost hours just staring into her Black Hole Beloved's eyes.
Rumi is a great cook but a lousy baker. Anan is a fantastic baker, but can set water on fire when cooking.
They are both very competitive; UNO is forever banned at the UA staff game night. They usually stick with cooperative games when Rumi can make it.
Thanks to her quirk, Anan tends to have a lower body temp than most people. Rumi tends to overheat quickly in bed; together, they achieve thermodynamic equilibrium.
After the USJ, Rumi took a week off work and refused to leave Anan's side. She still has nightmares of getting a very different call from Recovery Girl that day.
