Thrabbits were not rare, not by any account. Being fast breeders and loving pets mean they’re one of the most common species on sale in the average market. In fact- they’re a pest to some, and livestock to others. But that doesn’t mean that she’s not going to coo and wiggle her fingers at this adorable blue one, not at all. She doesn’t even mind that it’s getting sapphire dust on her fingertips, it’s little tongue peeking out to seek for food, those adorable eyes staring right up at her from between those bars-
No. She can’t have a pet. She has too much to worry about as it is, not to mention the biohazard protocols needed on Starfleet ships- oh, it’s nibbling her. It tickles enough to make the Sollian giggle and pet it’s fleshy nose, totally aware that she’s falling in love with that innocent, sweet, cute face.
