Im thinking that the Ace outfit wouldn't really have fit her, so she chose to wear the stuff she was wearing before with maybe just the jacket and a spare pair of aviators that she found in Wildfire
Either that or she wasn't able to get the whole Ace costume from Rimmer before she left for whatever reason
