So it's official now. It will be postponed. @iishallbelieve We have to wait and see when the new dates will be announced. Fingers crossed that we can both manage to go together nonetheless. And our extras will be automatically carried over to the new date/event! Sounds fair to me.🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🍀

[LIVE UE] Hello ! Here’s some information from last night’s Instagram live by Ultimevents, regarding Space Walkers 5.

• The convention won’t be cancelled because of coronavirus. Maybe postponed, if they have no other choice but otherwise, it is still happening.

• We don’t know about the restrictions for photos ops yet. UE are waiting for instructions from the agents but Donia said if there are restrictions, it’ll probably just be skin-to-skin contacts that will be forbidden (hand to hand especially).

• There is no party planned for now, they’ll let us know if that changes.

• Selfies will likely be between 20€ and 30€ but we don’t know any more about the organization yet.

• About meetings ! 1 person minimum and 25 MAXIMUM.

• Paige/Sachin and Marie/Chai duos could be considered.

• The guest list is closed. There should be a SW6 !

• NO, Sachin can’t be hired as a panel moderator (haha! We love Dan too much and it would be too messy with those two).

• READ THE TERMS OF SALE. No refund will be accepted if you decide to cancel your coming to the convention on your own terms. You can also take a look at the Q&A on the website which gives a lot of information.

• There isn’t a One Day planned for this year with the cast of The 100.

• There will be autograph supports for sale on site (3€/support) and the official convention poster (~15€).

• Yes, as every year at every convention, there will be extras for sale on site.

• FAST PASSES ARE NOT AN ENTRY PASS! A Hundred, Ark, Sky People or VIP pass is required to enter the convention.

• You can take photos during the panels, and the opening / closing ceremonies. You can take videos during the opening and closing ceremonies, but not during panels !

I think I’ve said quite everything. No additional information regarding refunds/exchanges for cancelled guests has been given, so please stick to the information given so far.
