WHY did they cut them
I could talk for hours about these designs. There’s actually a lot you can learn about the design process just by comparing the beta and final versions. Plus there’s so many weird details. Like Bomseel (that fireball seal) is actually fire/water, and ariados' back face was a real head (and it was literally named Tuhedd). And Chikorita used to evolve into Blossomole??
