Good friend of mine, previous head of GameMode 5 and new head of YouTube School from Freedom!, Anthony Smith (aka Spitfire25565) scored an interview with Spam404, the biggest public “Truster Flagger” group for YouTube and other parts of the web.

Google and/or YouTube have hired a third-party company to help clean up spam, abusive, or malicious content on YouTube. This company is Spam404. Basically, they’ve become the police for the YouTube Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, etc.

This is part of their “Trusted Flagger” or “YouTube Sheriff” program. Spam404 aren’t the only ones involved in this, but they’re the primary group…
