plus muscle weighs more than fat so you can be of “normal” BMI and be a lazy mofo. Or you can be “over weight” and an athlete.

My friend and I have the same body and the same height and her BMI says shes almost overwight and mine says under weight. She just has denser bones than I do. Thats all.

exactly like your bmi in no way determines whether you're healthy or not and people think that it does and just dakjsfh
