The first spanking themed fic I read was a twilight one, written by a Brazilian author on fanfiction.net. It made me want to actually read the books, which I borrowed from a cousin. It inspired me to write my first ever saga, as a kind of butterfly effect thing.

It also made me a forever lover of little bitch!Edward Cullen. Biologically Youngest Cullen child. Perpetually Carlisle's first and most spoiled baby.
