Ok, so in the Spongebob episode where they make a 7 mile spank machine...
Assuming each of those fish is about the standard size of a Starfish (Patrick for reference), then each is about 10 inches tall, and give or take about 2 inches in depth.
There are exactly 63,630 inches per mile....so 7 miles =443,520 inches.
To make the 7 mile long spank machine, given the 2 inches per fish plus an additional inch for personal spanking space, it would take 147,840 fish.
Now watching the episode, a fish goes through at about a spank per second.
Using this model it would take
147,840 seconds, or
2464 minutes, or
41 hours, or
1.71 days going at a constant rate of 1 spank per second to make it through this spank machine.
