As I mentioned a few months ago I’ve unfortunately become extremely allergic to certain ingredients in most gel polishes and glues. Not only does this effect my nail routine but I now have to loop in my dentist as these chemicals can be found in dental glues as well.

I will keep everyone posted if and when I find a good polish alternative - in the meantime it’s press ons for me!
