8. Rarest/Most expensive game in your collection?
Thaaaaat’s… really hard to say? Maybe some of the 64 titles? Also depends if it’s a physical copy vs. a virtual copy, because those are considerably less rare.
The collector’s edition of Wind Waker for the GC goes for a lot (the one with Ocarina of time packed with it), and we own that.
I love music from a lot of games, I have a playlist dedicated to it – which unfortunately keeps suffering from takedowns – but [this is my all time favourite game track].
45. How are you at Mario Kart?
I’m … okay! Similarly to Mario Party, I was the kid who always invited my friends over to play it, beat them, and now I have no friends.
My skills didn’t grow with me, though, so a lot of my gamer pals are better at it nowadays. I can just about win an 150cc against CPUs, but I get 3rd and downward place when it comes to 200cc.
I have a soft spot for the Koopa Troopas.
70. Very first game you ever beat?
OOOH THAT’S ANOTHER HARD ONE. UH. Might’ve been a Pokemon game. Maybe Diamond. I know it wasn’t Emerald, because I stopped at the Elite Four until years later. Could’ve been Paper Mario TTYD, but I don’t think it was that either. Wind Waker? Nah… Never finished Banjo Kazooie until this year either.
You see, it’s hard to remember, because despite loving playing all these games, I never actually finished them until later in life. I had final-boss-phobia.
