3.2 miles, 23 obstacles & 2 shoulder injuries later .. I finished my first SOLO Spartan Race! This year has been full of intense growth, with lots of changes & coming to terms with my anxiety & other difficulties. I’m finally getting the help I need & I decided to do this race to prove to myself that I am strong enough to overcome anything & everything that comes at me. I’m no where near where I need to be, but I’m getting there. I can’t thank enough the people who’ve really been supporting me the last few weeks.
