The Truth of the Matter is...
Some days my mind never shuts up about how the world should be. I just need to get it out and share!
There needs to be more self-respect and self-love. More self-understanding and self-awareness. You are responsible for you and only you. When you love someone, you can show your partner that same amount of respect you give yourself. The same amount of love, understanding, and awareness as yourself.
You cannot control another person. You cannot change another person. The only thing that you can do is speak your truth and listen to other’s truth. Try to just listen to understand rather than listen to respond. We each have a different perspective of life.
We are all trying to find our paths, find what makes us happy, and find what resonates within us. Let us teach one another through our example of truly loving and accepting one another along this journey; we are trying the best we can.
I encourage everyone to start speaking up when you have a different perspective on something that could maybe shine a different light on a situation. One very important thing about self-respect is allowing yourself to speak when the opportunity and moment presents itself. I encourage each of us to speak our truths. Our truths are what are going to evolve our existence. The way to a better future is starting today. Go spread your Light and Love!
Draw your lines by the mouthful.
