Inspired by one of my new personal care aides (who thought that the Rainbow Pride Flag had been invented by the U.S. government, to mark the legalization of same-sex marriage [...]
[...] until I explained to her that it was dreamt up by one man, who wanted a flag that represented his community, and so he sat down and made the flag, himself, and that each color represented a different virtue),*
I dreamt up this design, as a cryptic way to display the Pride Flag in places where it might not be welcome overtly (imagine this as an overall pattern on a shirt, or nurse's smock, with the words in different orientations)**:
I did this pretty quickly in MS Paint (using emojis for the images). Spacing and sizing could definitely be improved.
*She said she felt better about it after I explained it. But she might've just been saying that for politeness' sake.
**Pun not intended
