Pokemon Card of the Day #2336: Special Charge (Steam Siege)

Special Charge was a simple Item. When played, you shuffled 2 Special Energy cards from your discard pile into your deck. There wasn’t even a coin flip here to get in your way. If your deck relied a lot on Special Energy, which was common with the likes of Night March, Vespiquen, and Zoroark-GX and the use of Double Colorless Energy, running a copy or two of Special Charge was a good idea. It wasn’t completely required, but having that extra way to recover Energy, especially in decks low on that, could be very nice.
