Here we have a home in the Gap where we built out both ends to add a new Kitchen Dining area as well as connect the external garage to the home (Much better on those rainy days) we also added an ensuite and enlarged an existing study to become a bedroom. Having a nice big island bench in the kitchen is one very popular thing we are asked to do. But have a think about how you can utilize the space. Here we opted for making the bench a little larger again to hide small push to open cupboards. The space and storage holds all those once a year dishes and serving platters we have obtained but don't need every day.
