@Regrann from @norcalbullybreedrescue - ❤Found about a month ago abandoned in a creek bed, Buggy is progressing post surgeries. Buggy's birth deflects included one usable nostril, an elongated soft palate that constricted his breathing to a tiny pinhole in the soft palate and both front legs deformed including luxating elbows. The surgeries included making a nostril on the right part of his nose. The majority of his elongated palate was removed so he could breath without gasping for air and he had pins placed in both front legs to help stop the elbows from luxating. Buggy is far from done with surgeries on his legs but until he grows more we are unable to proceed right now.
