time to grind.... the things i’ll do for your spec change wanda. THE THINGS I’LL DO.
I got her tree done today ❤️
It took months but her skill tree is finally done. I don’t think I’ll be doing anymore SCs for a while though. I need a break.
I will have to grind for some better gear for her though.
So I’m like 95% sure I want to go into NICU. I have decided to let the Cruise ship nurse dream go. I don’t think I will ever be confident enough to be the only nurse on duty for thousands of people.
With cruise ship dream gone I can leave adult critical care behind and not look back. Specialties I would consider from here are NICU, oncology, and hospice. I don’t think I actually want to go back to oncology though for one at a lot of hospitals it becomes m/s overflow. Also you have m/s ratios maybe a little less when giving chemo. Hospice I think would be my last choice right now. Yes it’s probably the least stressful but it also probably would be hard to transition back from it. Nicu I mean would be amazing tho. Ratios are low. Your patients don’t weigh a lot and are super cute. So I think I’m decided on a specialty now to figure out where to move to.
