I’m one of those people who falls asleep with the tv on because the tv helps quiet my brain enough to fall asleep. Our power is out so no wifi therefore no brain quieting tv. Turns out my anxiety induced insomnia hasn’t fully gone away I just had found something that worked to quiet the anxiety
