The recipe for my Swiss Sourdough is posted on my Morkamania Breads Page. Just follow the recipe for the sourdough bread but after flattening the dough sprinkle with a large dose of Swiss cheese junks. Fold over and form into a round. Then bake as instructed. The bread was fabulous.
