I may of said this before but still
Everything I eat on this diet (specific carbohydrate/paleo) is relatively healthy. Even my desserts! And it freaks me out. Like, this mug cake I am eating. coconut flour (high in fiber) carob powder (no caffeine unlike cocoa) coconut milk (good fats) honey (natural sugars) vanilla (no alcohol.. So it's a meh thing) I could easily eat this as breakfast and have it not be frowned upon.
