Phantaray
(Water/Ghost)
The water wraith pokemon!
This creature was said to be a myth for the longest time as no evidence of their existence had been found until a Specteray evolved in captivity. It is assumed they live in deep sea chasms, but that theory has never been proven and most likely never as its stated any of the ancient researchers who attempted to search these ocean chasms where they supposedly lived never returned.
