      The details for Sydney Morning Herald’s Spectrum NOW Festival have recently been announced, with the series set to feature a phenomenal range of live music and more across 11 days in March 2016. I went to Marie’s Crisis (in Sydney) again last night.  Two friends were coming with me but they pulled out at the last minute.  So, I went on my own and made new friends.  

Alcohol and show tunes sing-a-longs are ALWAYS helpful when making new friends.

I ended up being interviewed by ABC Radio National, and then hung out with Mel (from ABC RN) for the rest of the evening.  The two Debs behind me were also lovely.  It was Mark’s last night as he has to return to the “real” Marie’s Crisis in NY today - however as I left he was saying “DARLING you MUST come to see me in NY”.

I had no plans to go back tonight....but when your friends at Marie’s are calling out “you ARE coming back tomorrow, RIGHT??!!” you don’t have to twist my arm too hard :)
