rant on why speical education classes suck
The sped system sucks so bad
First most of us learn the same shut everyday and arent on the same level as the normal kids most of the time we're forced to learn on laptops but we're never given the same level of education as the normal kids im a high-schooler and most of us get 5th grade level education at most it sucks since we are not on the same level as the normal students agian the same thing everyday
The subtule ableism is another thing most of the teachers get upset with us if we dont mask our nerodivergnce alot of the "nice" teachers end up being fake at the end of the year
We dont get to be listened to we either get brushed off corrected or treated like younger kids most of the time
Not to mention we often get excluded from school events so lucky my dad fought my middle school to let me be in our school dance but most of us don't get the same things as everyone in normal classes
Alot of us get excluded from events like bake sales or prom unless we have our own proms or something
